The Tech-Weaver’s Program

EDCET’s TechWeavers Program is a structured 21st-century skill-building program designed to bridge the skills gap in education, focusing on digital literacy, collaboration, creativity, critical thinking, and leadership. The program is divided into three levels:

Information, Media and Technological skills

Learners develop critical skills for navigating and utilizing technology safely and productively

o Improved Education Outcomes
Understand best practices to be safe online
o Deep understanding of global issues and appreciate the need to work together in solving them.
o Consumption of the right media.

Learning and Innovation Skills 4Cs

Learners move beyond basic literacy to focus on collaboration, creativity, critical thinking, and communication (the 4Cs)

o Collaboratively solve problems using project-based methods
o Transform original ideas into practical, useful solutions.
o Develop effective communication skills to present and advocate for their ideas with stakeholders.

Life and Career Skills

Learners tackle real-world challenges using a human-centered design approach, emphasizing inclusivity and stakeholder involvement

o Participants show Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments.
o Initiative and self-direction for independent growth 
o Social and cross-cultural skills, fostering global collaboration. 
o Participants exhibit Leadership and responsibility, by taking charge of projects and teams.
